Chicken Satay Wrap (serves 1)


4 sticks Chicken satay (iChef)
2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
4 slices of cucumber
1 Tortilla wraps
4 slices of Onion rings
2 Tbsp Peanut sauce
Red chili slices and chopped Chinese parsley (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Remove chicken meat from the skewers and place on a baking tray.
  3. Bake chicken for 15 mins
  4. Assemble:
    1. Place tortilla wrap on a plate
    2. Spread 1 tbsp of satay sauce in the middle
    3. Place lettuce, cucumber, onions, baked chicken and another 1 tbsp of satay sauce
    4. Top with chili slices and Chinese parsley if desired
    5. Fold in the two sides and roll it up
