Chicken Satay Wrap (serves 1)
Ingredients
4 sticks Chicken satay (iChef)
2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
4 slices of cucumber
1 Tortilla wraps
4 slices of Onion rings
2 Tbsp Peanut sauce
Red chili slices and chopped Chinese parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Remove chicken meat from the skewers and place on a baking tray.
- Bake chicken for 15 mins
- Assemble:
- Place tortilla wrap on a plate
- Spread 1 tbsp of satay sauce in the middle
- Place lettuce, cucumber, onions, baked chicken and another 1 tbsp of satay sauce
- Top with chili slices and Chinese parsley if desired
- Fold in the two sides and roll it up
