Easy Baked Mentaiko Scallops


1kg half shell scallops (iChef)
100g Mentai (iChef)
200g Mayonnaise
Lemon (optional)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C
  2. Mix mentai and mayonnaise (1:2) and set aside
  3. Defrost scallops
  4. Blanch scallops quickly for a few seconds
  5. Place scallops on baking tray and spoon on mentai mixture
  6. Bake for 5 minutes in the oven
  7. Squeeze some lemon juice over scallo
