Rinse the crab, pressing out the green “tamale” from the inside if you desire. Pat them dry and set them on a tray.Heat Oil (Olive oil / cooking oil works fine)
Combine flour & salt in a shallow wide bowl
Add any other seasonings according to your preference.
Keep it simple to enjoy the original crab taste!
Coat soft shell crab lightly on both sides.
Place the crabs into oil
Let it sizzle & cook for 4 minutes. Flip the underside occassionally.
Cook till the shell turns red & crisp & when the flour has turned golden brown.
These makes great sandwiches as well. ENJOY!
Localize it by mixing it with Chilli Crab or Black Pepper Sauce!
Thaw in Chiller
Do not re-freeze once thawed
