Shipping / Store Pick up at Nihon Mura
Ichef Pte Ltd, deliver goods within Singapore. We partner with TAQBIN (YAMATO) Qxdelivery (QXpress) as a register delivery company and our In-House delivery for bulk purchase.
Our delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday 9am-7pm (excluding Public Holiday) via Taqbin / Qxdelivery service. Our delivery process will be as follows:
- Order received before 11AM will be schedule to deliver the following business day except requested by the customer on specific date.
- Customer request for the delivery of goods on Saturday & Monday must be booked-in the order before 11am of Friday via Taqbin.
- Tracking Number will be send to the particular customer within the day prior of delivery date.
- Ichef Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for the any FAILED Delivery, Redelivery Cost will be charge to the customer if any.
- FREE DELIVERY will be available for minimum order of $120 both Frozen / Dry Goods via Taqbin delivery service only. We will charge a flat rate of $8.90 for below $120.00. Using Qxdelivery service will not be part of Free Delivery promo.
Ichef Pte Ltd with partnership to Nihon Mura & JForte Kovan Cafe Outlets are opening their doors to cater Store Pick up to give convenience to our valued customer as a benefit to make their e-shopping as EASY. Below are the following participated outlets which our customer can select at their nearest place between 1130am – 830pm:
- iChef @ Tai Seng. 26 Tai Seng Street, Level 1, Singapore 534057 (10am-7pm Mon-Fri) [excluding public holidays]

Rules for STORE PICK UP at Nihon Mura Outlets:
- Items will be only available at NIHON MURA Outlets after 3 working days from the date of payment. Friday, Saturday & Sunday order will be only available for pick up on next 3 working days.
- No Same Day collection will be allowed to all the customers at NIHON MURA for the reason that our outlets does not carry a ready stocks of ICHEF products.
- We will consider request date of STORE PICK UP from the customer upon payment complete which the request must send to firstname.lastname@example.org or 6436-4865 and acknowledgment from the Customer Service.
- The customer has the responsibility to check the items before leaving the outlet premises and notify both OUTLET STAFF & ICHEF customer service within the day for any missing items. Both ICHEF / Outlets shall not be responsible for any loss / missing items after the customer leave the outlet premises.
- You may cancel the order within the day provided that you notify email@example.com or call 6436-4865 and our office acknowledged your request.
- We will not allow to cancel the order once we shipped out the goods via 3PL.
- In general, the amount will be refunded to you will be Net of Bank Charges from the principal amount.
- The return cost and/or indemnity may be charge to you after you return the item.
- The refund may not be accepted in the following cases:
1.1 The item has been damaged by the customer’s fault.
1.2 The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to customer’s usage / consumption.
1.3 The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to time-sensitive sale.
1.4 The item has been customized for specific buyer.
